SnapSIMs acts as a reseller of eSIM products provided by third-party suppliers, and all payments are processed securely through our acquiring partner.
Refund Eligibility
We can offer a refund if:
The eSIM was not delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours due to a system or processing error on our or our supplier’s side.
The eSIM is confirmed as defective or unusable after verification by our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
The eSIM has been successfully delivered and activated.
Your device is incompatible with eSIM technology.
Network coverage in your location is insufficient or unavailable, as this depends on local operators and is outside our control.
Incorrect details were provided during checkout.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

Our support team will review your case within 5 business days.
Once approved, refunds are issued through our acquiring partner to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
