Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SnapSIMs (snapsims.com), owned and operated by ORRYN GROUP LTD (Company number: 16629815), registered at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX (“SnapSIMs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or using our eSIM services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description (Reseller Model)
1.1 SnapSIMs operates as an authorised reseller of digital eSIM connectivity services.
1.2 eSIM profiles are delivered electronically and activated via our network/supplier partners (mobile carriers/aggregators).
1.3 Service availability, coverage, speeds, latency, throttling, fair-use and roaming depend on the underlying third-party network providers and local regulations.
Accounts and Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, or harm to our reputation.
Device Compatibility & User Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked, and is compatible with the selected plan/country/region.
3.2 You are responsible for correct installation/activation (e.g., scanning a QR code, following on-screen instructions) and for maintaining a stable connection during activation.
3.3 We are not responsible for loss of service due to incompatible devices, local restrictions, or changes by network providers.
Ordering, Delivery & Activation
4.1 Orders are delivered digitally (e.g., eSIM profile/QR code) to the email/account you provide after payment confirmation.
4.2 Delivery is deemed completed when the eSIM profile/QR code or activation data is made available to you.
4.3 After activation or access to the eSIM profile, purchases are generally non-refundable (digital goods). See Section ‘Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements (Digital Goods)’.
Billing, Payments & Verification
5.1 Prices are shown in the stated currency and may include/exclude taxes/VAT as indicated at checkout.
5.2 Payments are processed securely by our acquiring/payment partners. We do not store full card/bank details.
5.3 We may conduct fraud checks and request KYC/identity verification where required by law or our partners.
5.4 We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., fraud risk, regulatory reasons, stock/errors). If payment was captured and we cancel, we will refund the captured amount.
5.5 Chargebacks: if you initiate a chargeback, we may provide evidence of delivery/activation. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
Plans, Fair Use & Network Policies
6.1 Plans may have data caps, validity periods, geographic limitations, fair-use, speed or tethering restrictions imposed by network partners.
6.2 Misuse (e.g., SIM-boxing, bulk traffic abuse, illicit redistribution, circumventing fair-use) is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
6.3 eSIM services do not support emergency calls in all regions; ensure alternative access to emergency services.
Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements (Digital Goods)
7.1 Before activation or access to the eSIM profile, you may request cancellation; if approved, we will refund the payment method used.
7.2 After activation or access (including first data session or profile installation), orders are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital services.
7.3 If a technical fault attributable to us or our partners prevents activation, we will provide reasonable support and, if unresolved, a refund or replacement at our discretion.
7.4 No refund is due where the issue arises from incompatible/locked devices, user error, local restrictions, or coverage/quality variations outside our control.
User Content
8.1 You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., support messages, documents).
8.2 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide licence to process, store and display such content solely to provide the Services (support, order fulfilment, compliance).
8.3 We may remove content that violates laws or our policies.
Note: we do not take a blanket marketing/commercial licence to your content.
Third-Party Services & Links
9.1 Our Services integrate with third-party providers (payment, network, hosting, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
9.2 We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Use third-party links/resources at your own risk.
Backups & Service Availability
10.1 We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and backups of our platform; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10.2 Maintenance, outages or third-party network issues may affect service.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
(a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) misuse Services (spam, malware, scraping, fraud); (c) circumvent fair-use or network restrictions; (d) interfere with security or operations; (e) provide false information; (f) engage in SIM-boxing/traffic pumping/illicit tethering.
Intellectual Property
All rights in our site, brand, and materials remain with ORRYN GROUP LTD or its licensors. No licence is granted except as necessary to use the Services.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant continuous availability, specific speeds, coverage, or fitness for a particular purpose. Network conditions and performance depend on third-party providers and local factors.
Limitation of Liability
14.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, business, data, goodwill).
14.3 Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims/losses arising from your illegal use, policy violations, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with your use of the Services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights/obligations in connection with a business sale, merger or reorganisation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be shown at the top. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
